Project Details

The planning application for Davidstow Community Windfarm was submitted to North Cornwall District Council in June 2008 (Ref: 2008/01432).

An Environmental Statement was also submitted with the planning application which incorporates all the details of the proposal and includes all reports and conclusions of the environmental assessments which are required as part of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA). The EIA included a variety of surveys and impact assessments which covered the following areas:

• birds, vegetation, mammals, hydrology, geology, archaeology, noise, socio-economic, aviation, communications, public health and safety, tourism and recreation and shadow flicker.
